This issue opens up completely ambitious project of conceptualization Minsk as a City of the Sun, or the only one in the world city building practice which could the most complete to realize the idea of ideal city. Minsk as City of the Sun is not an abstraction, born in the paranormal consciousness edition of pARTisan. This project is our way for consciousness and reflection our self   and reality. The idea of SunCity was paradoxically realized here, in this space. Even if the materialization is not an adequate to idea of Tommaso Campanella, but that is no less unique.
