On November, 2 the trial under Belarusian artist Michaił Hulin was stoped.  Taciana Tkaćova, a judge of the process, declared that the artist and a group of volunteers were arrested illegally.

Michaił Hulin was an official participant of the artistic Going Public. On the Difficulty of a Public Statement project, supported by Goethe Institute. On October, 9 Michaił Hulin with the group of volunteers should make his action: on different public places in Minsk they would like to take a picture of an abstract sculpture consisted of one parallelepiped and three cubs. But on Kastryćnickaja Square they were arrested by two officers of Belarusian police who after that wrote the rapport about the resistance to the police of the participants of the project. But there was the video in the court which clearly shows that the artist and the volunteers did not resist. It became a reason to stop the case.
